• Can I test Serpo.net for free?
  • Why does SerpO use the ZIP file format?
SerpO uses ZIP files so you can receive your SERPs faster and more efficiently. Thousands of HTML pages can be compiled into several ZIP files.
  • How will the SERPs be delivered?
  • What if I need more SERPs than what’s being offered in your packages?
No worries. You can always let our support team know about any unique requests and we will be glad to take care of them for you.
  • Does Serpo.net only deliver real-time SERPs?
Yes, we only process real-time data when we receive a SERP order request from you. We will store your data in our system temporarily for 3 hours. After that, it’s permanently deleted, and all downloaded data is strictly your property.
  • At the end of the month, if I still have SERPs remaining on my balance, can I use the remaining requests for the following month?
Unfortunately no - your requests are valid 1 month from the time you purchase them and do not carry over past the expiry period, but feel free to contact our support team for any questions about your balance if you encounter any issues.
  • I’ve already registered and waited a while, but I still haven’t seen a confirmation email from Serpo.net. What’s wrong?
Sometimes our emails could be accidentally marked as spam by your email service. Please check your spam inbox and see if it’s there. If you still don’t see the confirmation email from us, let our support team know so we can assist you.
